After I flush, there is toilet paper left in the bowl.

Pressure Assisted toilets rely on a pressure vessel inside the china tank that stores and compresses air and water. The system, when filled, is now energized. When flushed, the energy is delivered at a high rate of speed to the bowl. A large percentage of the 1.6 gallons of water being used is delivered directly to the jet at the bottom of the bowl. The jet is very powerful and is the force that removes the waste. If tissue paper is placed on the side wall or placed up in the nose of the bowl. it is possible that a secondary flush is necessary. It is recommended that paper be placed in the water spot of the bowl and the toilet will function as designed.
