The floor around the toilet is wet.

1. Check the supply tube to make sure there is no crack. If so, replace supply tube.
   
   
2. Check to make sure supply tube nut is tightened. If necessary, tighten.
   
   
3. Check the nut to hold water control in place to make sure it's tight.
   
   
4. If it was already tight, you need to replace the water control.
